The Nutrition Program is designed for anyone looking to improve their eating habits and live a healthier lifestyle. Maybe you’ve been struggling to lose a few pounds, looking to get leaner, or you need some help setting some goals and sticking to them. No matter what your goal is, we are here to help!

Prior to starting this program, you will have an initial consult with a Coach to discuss where you are and where you want to be. Each week, you will receive two emails; the first one will be a “lesson” and the second one will contain the habit for that week along with some pertinent information towards helping you establish these healthy habits. Your success in this program depends on your effort, planning, tracking and mindset. We have found that working with a coach for at least a month is the most effective way to see significant results.

8 WEEKS • NUTRITION CONSULTATION $200/8 WEEKS

  • A personal Nutrition Coach for 8 weeks
  • Detailed, client goal consultation before the program begins
  • Introduction of a Shared Digital Google Spreadsheet for daily meal logging and biweekly coach review, advice, suggested adjustments and other feedback.
  • Accountability and Coaching Feedback based on your progress and specific needs
  • Unlimited contact via email or text for private questions to discuss specific strategies for your program
  • Weekly literature and videos to learn more about nutrition to set yourself up for success
  • 8 Weeks of meal planning guidance (personalized meal plans updated weekly to meet client preferences)

4 WEEKS • NUTRITION ADVANCED $150/4 WEEKS

  • A personal Nutrition Coach for 4 weeks
  • Four meetings to be schedules in a 30 day period. Meetings can be done in person or over the phone if you are not local.
  • Introduction of a Shared Digital Google Spreadsheet for daily meal logging and biweekly coach review, advice, suggested adjustments and other feedback.
  • Session 1: Meet and discuss nutrition goals and needs. Measurements taken such as body weight, lean body mass, and body fat percentage.
  • Customized nutrition Plan will be provided (2/3 meal plan templates/guides to use at your own preference)
  • Session 2: Two week check-in to meet and discuss progress, goals, needs and concerns.
  • Session 3: Three week check-in to meet and discuss progress, goals, needs and concerns.
  • Session 4: Conclusion and next steps.

4 WEEKS • NUTRITION ONE STEP $100/4 WEEKS

  • A personal Nutrition Coach for 4 weeks
  • Three meetings to be scheduled in a 30 day period.  Meetings can be done in person or over the phone if you are not local.
  • Session 1: Meet and discuss nutrition goals and needs.  Measurements taken such as body weight, lean body mass, and body fat percentage.  
  • Customized nutrition Plan will be provided (Meal plans by request to use as examples)
  • Session 2: Two week check-in to meet and discuss progress, goals, needs and concerns.
  • Session 3: Conclusion and next steps.

30 MINUTES • PRIVATE CONSULTATION       $30/30 MIN.

  • A coach can meet with you 1-1 to review any nutrition topic you would like.  This is a great way to get yourself on the right path.
