CrossFit

CrossFit is a core strength and conditioning program that delivers a fitness that is by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Elements of track and field, gymnastics, weightlifting, and strongman are combined in short intense daily workouts to maximize results for any individual. CrossFit teaches functional movement patterns, or, movements that you find in real life -pushing, pulling, squatting, jumping, throwing, carrying, and sprinting.

CrossFit programming is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We’ve used our same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease and cage fighters one month out from televised bouts. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs. The needs of Olympic athletes and our grandparents differ by degree not kind. Our teachers, first responders, mountain bike riders and housewives have found their best fitness from the same regimen.

NOTE: There are no women’s only classes during this time. *Childcare is available for 8:30 a.m. & 5:30 p.m. classes

MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS 
All rates are per every 4 weeks. All memberships include unlimited classes, childcare and open gym. There is a 10% discount for 28 Week Contracts when paid in full and 12% for 52 Week Contracts when paid in full.

4 Week Contract • $150 every 4 Weeks

28 Week Contract • $140 every 4 Weeks

52 Week Contract • $130 every 4 Weeks

FAMILY ADD ON • %10 discount off an equivalent membership for a family member.
A family member is defined as a mother, father, daughter or son living at the same address.
