Schedule Update

Starting Monday, Dec. 7 our 5:15 p.m. CrossFit class will move to 5:30 p.m. We will also be adding a members only class on Saturday’s at 9 a.m.

MONDAY-FRIDAY
5:30 a.m.
7 a.m.
8:30 a.m.
12 p.m.
3:30 p.m.
5:30 p.m.
6:30 p.m.
NOTE: There are no women’s only classes during this time.

9 a.m.
