Schedule Update

Starting Monday, June 29 the 5 p.m. class will move to 5:15 p.m. At this time, all other class times will remain the same.

WEEKLY CROSSFIT CLASS SCHEDULE
5:30 a.m.
7 a.m.
8:30 a.m.
12 p.m.
3:30 p.m.
5:15 p.m.
6:30 p.m.
NOTE: There are no women’s only classes during this time.
