CrossFit Kids Update

Effective July 6, in-person CrossFit Kids classes have been extended to 45 minutes. The schedule has been updated below:

WEEKLY CLASS SCHEDULE
Ages 9-13 • Mon. & Wed. • 2:15-3 p.m. in-person & 5-5:30 p.m. on ZOOM
Ages 5-8 • Tue. & Thu. • 2:15-3 p.m. in-person & 5-5:30 p.m. on ZOOM
Ages 5-13 • Sat. • 10-11 a.m. in-person (Free Community WOD)
